Cancellation and Refund Policy

Refund Policy for Children's Weekly Classes

1. No Make-up Lessons
   Due to the limited number of classes, make-up lessons are not available. Please consider this when enrolling.​

2. Full Refunds
   To cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund, you must notify me by email or text at least two weeks prior to the commencement of the term.

3. Refunds After Term Start
   No refunds will be issued after the second class of the term.

4. Late Cancellations
   A $20 drop-out fee will apply to cancellations made less than two weeks before the term start.

5. Credit Option
   Alternatively, you can choose to save the amount as a credit for future courses.

Refund Policy for Watercolor Workshop

1. Full Refund
   To receive a full refund, please provide one week's notice before the workshop date.

2. Credit Option
   Alternatively, you may choose to use the amount as a credit toward the next available class.
